This Privacy Notice explains how Korsu (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, protects, and discloses information when you use our app. Korsu is designed for family expense tracking, budgeting, reporting, calendar-based spending review, reminders, exports, and related financial tools.
The app is built with privacy in mind. Most financial data is stored locally on your device, and you can use the app without creating an account. Where data is processed for app features such as local analytics, export, search, notifications, or support, we only use the information needed to provide those functions.
We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the app and support its features:
If you delete data from the app, it is removed from local storage subject to the limits of your device and operating system.
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade user data. We do NOT share any user-uploaded or user-generated content with any third party. We do NOT use any third-party AI services to process user data. All AI processing is performed exclusively on our own internal servers.
We may use limited third-party service providers only for infrastructure-related purposes such as cloud hosting, server operation, storage, delivery, or maintenance of basic technical systems. These providers act solely on our behalf and only under our instructions.
Any such providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect data security and confidentiality. They are not permitted to use user data for advertising, profiling, AI training, model optimization, redistribution, or any purpose beyond what we explicitly instruct. They may not independently access or use your content for their own purposes.

Any AI-related processing is performed on our internal servers only. We do NOT use third-party AI services to process user data. We do NOT send your personal or financial content to external AI providers.
Temporary processing data is deleted after the relevant task is completed. AI-related outputs may be shown in the app or stored in your local history only if needed for the feature you requested, and you may delete them at any time.
We do NOT use your data for AI training, model fine-tuning, or model optimization.
Depending on the services used to support the app, information may be processed or stored in different regions or countries. Where such transfers occur, we use appropriate safeguards intended to help protect the information and to require recipients to handle it only according to our instructions and applicable law.
Korsu is intended for users who are at least 17 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If we learn that information from a child under 17 has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as possible.
We use information only to operate, maintain, and improve the app and to provide the features you request, including budgeting, reports, export, reminders, search, and diagnostics.
We do NOT use your information for AI training. We do NOT use your information for advertising. We do NOT use your information for user profiling. We do NOT sell your information.
Korsu does NOT perform facial recognition, biometric analysis, or face template creation. The app does not intentionally collect or store biometric identifiers for identification purposes.
If a future feature temporarily processes image content for a user-requested task, any intermediate data is deleted after processing is complete. We do NOT use face data to identify or authenticate users.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Korsu, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Notice and agree to the collection, use, and handling of information described here. If you do not agree with this policy, please discontinue use of the app.
